1. Eligibility & Use
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or subscribe.
You may not use our products or services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access at our sole discretion.
2. Products & Medical Disclaimer
Zelenko Labs sells nutritional supplements and related wellness products.
Our products are not FDA-approved to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Always consult a licensed healthcare professional before using any supplement.
You accept full responsibility for your use of any product.
3. Orders, Pricing & Availability
All prices are subject to change without notice.
We may limit or cancel quantities, refuse orders, or restrict shipping based on fraud risk, geographic restrictions, regulatory issues, or inventory.
We reserve the right to change packaging, labeling, appearance, or sourcing without notice.
4. Subscriptions (Recharge)
Some products are offered as recurring subscriptions.
By subscribing, you authorize us to automatically charge your payment method at the price and frequency displayed at checkout unless and until you cancel.
Managing Subscriptions
You may log into your account at any time to:

- Skip
- Update billing or shipping information

Renewal Cutoff
Subscription renewals are processed at 12:00 AM (midnight) Eastern Time on the scheduled renewal date.
Cancellation requests must be received and confirmed before 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the renewal date in order to prevent the upcoming charge.
Requests received after 12:00 AM Eastern Time on the renewal date will apply to the next billing cycle.
Cancellation Processing
Cancellation requests are not effective until confirmed by our Customer Support team.
We process cancellation requests within a commercially reasonable timeframe during normal business hours.
No Refunds on Processed Orders
Once a subscription renewal has processed, it is non-refundable.
5. Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks
Due to health and safety regulations, all sales are final.
We do not accept returns.
We may, at our discretion, issue a replacement or refund for:
- Items damaged in transit
- Incorrect items shipped
Claims must be submitted within 30 days of delivery with photos or verification.
Shipping errors caused by incorrect addresses or customer mistakes are not refundable.
Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in permanent account suspension.
6. International Orders
We sell to customers outside the United States, subject to country restrictions.
Customs, duties, taxes, import delays, and regulatory approval are the customer’s responsibility.
We are not responsible for:
- Seizures
- Delays
- Rejected shipments
- Import restrictions
7. SMS & Email Messaging
