Advance Notice for Cancellation
We provide a courtesy reminder 5 days prior to your next scheduled billing date. This allows time to review and manage your subscription before renewal.
Cancellation Deadline
To avoid being charged for the upcoming billing period, you must cancel your subscription before the next charge date.
Cancellations can be completed through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Same-Day Cancellations
If you cancel on the day of your scheduled charge, the cancellation will not apply to the current billing cycle.
Subscription orders are processed automatically at 12:00 AM EST. Any cancellation submitted after this time will apply to future cycles only.
Subscription Orders Are Non-Refundable
Once a subscription order has been placed and processed, it is non-refundable.
All Other Product Policies
General Policy
All sales are final. Products are sold on a no-return basis due to health and safety standards, ensuring that all customers receive new and uncontaminated items.
Exceptions for Refunds or Replacements
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact Customer Service within 30 days of purchase.
You may be required to provide photos and identifying information to support your claim.
Discretionary Refund Reviews
In rare circumstances, a refund or replacement may be reviewed by Customer Service. Approval is not guaranteed and is determined on a case-by-case basis.
Limitations
Shipping issues: We are not responsible for orders shipped to inaccurate or incomplete addresses.
